We are selective by design. Less than 4% of applicants make it onto the platform. Every coach must have a strong track record of helping professionals grow in their careers, real experience navigating cross-cultural work environments, and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on coaching or senior leadership experience. We review every application manually — no shortcuts.
Most members pay per session, with a small platform fee that covers matching, scheduling, and follow-up notes. Sessions start at $180 and we publish each coach's rate upfront — no upsells, no packages you don't need.
94% of our matches work well from the first session, but we know it is not always perfect. If after your first session something feels off, just let us know and we will set you up with another coach right away — no awkward conversations, no extra cost.
